We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Ever.
Information We Collect
We only collect information you voluntarily provide to us through our contact form. This includes:

- A brief description of what you need help with
If you schedule a discovery call through our booking system (TidyCal), TidyCal may collect additional information such as your name, email, and time zone. Please review TidyCal's Privacy Policy for details on their data practices.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit exclusively to:
- Respond to your inquiry or consultation request
- Communicate with you about potential or ongoing projects
- Follow up regarding services you have expressed interest in
We will not add you to any marketing list or send you promotional material without your explicit consent.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses a small number of cookies and client-side storage entries to improve your experience. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
The categories in use are as follows:

- Anti-abuse verification (Cloudflare Turnstile): When you submit our contact form, a verification token is sent to Cloudflare's Turnstile service to confirm the submission is human and not automated. Turnstile does not collect personal data beyond the verification token and the submitter's IP address, which is used solely for abuse protection. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
- Form processing (Emailit): After Turnstile verification, your message is forwarded by our serverless function to Emailit, which delivers it to our inbox. See Emailit's Privacy Policy.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not affect your ability to view any content on this site, though some preferences (like your cookie choice) will not persist between visits.
How the Contact Form Works
When you submit our contact form, the following happens, in order:
- Your browser sends your name, email, and message to a serverless function running on Cloudflare Workers at
polynexa-labs-contact-form.donateko.workers.dev. - The Worker verifies your Turnstile token with Cloudflare to confirm the submission is human.
- The Worker applies basic rate limiting by IP address to prevent abuse. The submitter's IP may appear in Cloudflare's transient request logs for security purposes. We do not maintain a persistent database of submissions or IPs.
- If verification passes, the Worker forwards the message to our inbox via Emailit, which delivers it to hello@polynexalabs.com.
Submissions are not stored in any database on our website. Messages are retained only in our internal email and project management systems.
Data Storage and Security
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which provides enterprise-grade security including HTTPS encryption for all connections. Cloudflare may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, request timestamps) as part of their CDN and security services. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.
Contact form submissions are not stored on our website. They are verified, rate-limited, and forwarded to our email inbox as described above. Once a conversation begins, any further correspondence is retained in our internal email and project systems for the life of the business relationship.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to any personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of any inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information from our records
- Opt out of any future communications at any time

Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for business owners and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a minor has submitted information through this site, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
